Claim for compensation by Mr. B. P. Dillon.
I enclose copies of further correspondence between Fr. Dillon and the Foreign Office concerning his claim for compensation in respect of war loss and personal injury sustained in China.
Since Mr. Dillon is now resident in Hong Kong, he may approach you on the subject, particularly in view of the last two paragraphs of the letter to him from the Foreign office.
